You can decide how ofter you need help from us. Weekly, bi-weekly or just once in a while during the busy time in your life without any commitment or obligations.

How does it work?

Contact us through email info@eyeonspaces.ca or call 204-444-3717 to set up an initial
complementary consultation. It give us both an opportunity to get to know each other and for us to get a better understanding of your needs.

Once you decide that you would like to proceed, we will send you a copy of our agreement highlighting services requested. We will proceed with the services once we have accepted agreement and you’ve prepaid the hourly rate.

What are your rates and packages?

Our services are charged by the hour.

We offer 3 Level pricing depending on the amount of hours purchased and services requested. Our House Sitting services are per visit and you decide how many visits you would like. Special Senior Services rates are applicable for seniors 65+ and Veteran discount.

We will work with your budget and ensure we deliver top level service.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Master Card) directly on our Website or we can process payment at the consultation through Square.

You can also pay by cash or cheque, (NSF fees are outlined in our agreement) or pay through e-transfer.

How do you calculate time purchased?

You let us know how long you need us for and we will track your time accordingly.

  • Anything over the time booked will be charged in 15 minutes increments.
  • We do not charge our clients for time traveled until we get to the location.
  • Your time stops once we’ve completed the task.
  • Additional time and milage charge may apply for travel outside the 50 km radius from Winnipeg.
  • Phone calls, emails, arrangements with vendors are charged in 15 minute increments.

Are you reliable?

We take pride in our work and ensure our staff performs all service in professional and timely manner. We always follow up with our clients making sure all was satisfactory. All of our staff is required to undergo criminal record check.

If at any point we did not deliver what we have promised we encourage our clients to address all problems directly to Eye On Spaces so that can perform better next time.
