How does the rental work?
You can initially contact us via email by completing our inquiry form. Please answer all required questions as it gives us a better idea on the dates, times, venue location and what you are looking for. All of our available flower walls are listed on our website. If you don’t see what you are looking for simply ask, we might be able to customize given the fair amount of time.
All of our flowers and flower walls are hand made from very expensive materials and are labour intense in creating. Flower walls arrive at the location already assembled, with all flowers attached onto them. Once set at the location, we might have have to do few adjustments in case something has moved during transportation.
For all custom requests we would require up to 6 weeks to complete with 50% downpayment to order products and supplies. Additional cost of rental does apply to all customization, such as replacing one colour of flowers for another, or new custom build wall. Please contact us for a quote.
After initial contact or in person consultation, we will email you a Quote and copy of our Terms and Conditions highlighting our Rental Agreement. Once the quote is accepted we will take next steps in securing your date.
Can your flower backdrops be used outside?
Due to high cost associated with replacing damaged goods we do not rent our flower walls for outdoors. Since we are not present for the duration of the event, we have no control of how our flowers will be handled in the event of unexpected weather changes.
Can flower backdrops be moved during event?
Flower walls and floral backdrops CAN NOT be moved by third party. Once we set your flower wall, it must remain where it was installed by us. Moving flower wall or floral backdrops may cause damages to the product and you might loose your damage deposit as per our Terms and Conditions.
If you do require backdrop to be moved during the event, we can arrange that service to be performed for additional fee.
How long is the rental?
We have two options for the rental as we understand that not all events take the same amount of time.
Option #1: Rental for up to 4 hours. Perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries etc. The rental hour starts from the time we show up on the location to set it up and ends when we show up to pick up.
Option #2: Rental for longer events 6 - 10 hours. The rental hour starts from the time we show up to set it up and pick up is no later than 1:00 am following the event date.
Do you charge Damage deposit?
Yes we do. Damage deposit is charged to ensure you take proper care and necessary precautions while our product is in your care. We ask that your guests do not touch any of the flowers and keep away with anything that might accidentally cause damage to it.
Replacing individual flowers is very costly and labour intense, we trust that you will take proper care and once your event is done, we will refund your deposit assuming everything is returned to us in the same condition.
What are your rental rates?
Standard Flower Wall (8ft by 8ft) rental for up to 4 Hours is $350 plus GST.
This includes the $200 flower wall rental fee and $150 delivery, set up, and take down. Delivery fee included in this price reflects all deliveries within city of Winnipeg and closely surrounding areas.
Standard Flower Wall (8ft by 8ft) rental for the duration of the event of 6 - 10 hours is $450 plus GST.
This includes $300 rental fee and $150 delivery, set up, take down. Delivery fee included in this price reflects all deliveries within city of Winnipeg and closely surrounding areas.
Free standing flowers with floor stands, rented as a set of 6. Flat rate for the day of the event $400 plus GST.
This includes $300 rental at $50 per flower and Delivery fee of $100 within City of Winnipeg and closely surrounding area.
Customized flower wall pricing STARTS at $550 plus GST AND UP, depending on alternations required, number of adding or removing flowers and colours or custom building flower wall for you.
All customized backdrops require up to 6 weeks notice.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Master Card) directly on our Website or we can process payment at the consultation through Square.
You can also pay by cash or e-transfer. We do not accept cheques.
Do i get a refund if i have to cancell?
Our cancellation and refund policy is clearly outlined in Term and Conditions which we recommend reading through. We understand that from time to time the unexpected happens, we will review each situation on individual basis a per our agreement.
