Delivery information

  • Our deliveries are scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

  • We are a boutique florist and all of our designs are custom made for our clients. For that reason any last minute orders and deliveries require at least 48 hours notice.

  • Morning delivery window from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and Afternoon between 1:00pm and 4:00pm.

  • There will be NO delivery Time changes on the Day off your scheduled delivery. Our Concierge will bring back your arrangement and there will be additional $15 to reschedule.

  • Inquire about our special evening and weekend deliveries for more intimate settings or events, delivery fee $25, within city limits.

  • For all Deliveries Outside of city Limits ( up to 30 km from Perimeter Hwy delivery fee $30)

  • All deliveries beyond the 30km radium from city limits will be charged additional 0.45c per km each way. Please email before booking your delivery.

  • Please provide correct address, contact details, phone number, and ensure someone will be available to take delivery of your Luxurious Rose Box. If someone is not available at the delivery source of contact, your Luxurious Rose Box will be brought back to Enchanted and a further delivery will be scheduled at an additional delivery cost to you the client. There will be no refunds of Rose Boxes that our undeliverable to address of client.


  • All prices are subject to delivery charges and applicable taxes

  • Your order will be confirmed and put into our delivery schedule ONLY when full payment has been accepted.

  • All orders have to be placed NO Later than Monday 10:00 am for the following weeks delivery.

  • We can arrange for last minute orders with minimum 48 hours notice.

  • Order can be cancelled with minimum 72 hours notice before the intended delivery date. In such the cancellation will take effect without charge. In circumstances were, your card has already been billed, we will issue a full refund.

  • Once your Enchanted Rose Box is delivered and accepted there will be NO REFUNDS!

  • Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we will not accept any exchanges or refunds once roses have been delivered and accepted by client.

  • We DO NOT offer any guarantees once roses are delivered, there are simply too many environmental factors that can influence the life of your roses. This is applicable to both, fresh and eternity roses.

  • Not all roses will open fully and we have no control over flowers and their lifespan once they are delivered.

  • Roses come in different sizes therefore it is impossible to determine and exact quantity of roses in each box. The colour and shade may vary, as well as it is completely normal for some roses to show bruising in their lifetime.

  • DO NOT pull roses out of the box as they are inserted into wet Oasis foam allowing them to have constant water supply.

  • Enchanted luxury boxed roses reserves the right to replace any unavailable roses with another of same or greater value.

  • We will not be liable for any failure to deliver, due to Force Majeure, including but not limited to acts of God, terrorism, accidents, war, labour disputes or strikes.
